The BTD 101 tightness tester is designed for precise, efficient and reliable work with electric vehicles. With user-friendly features, automatic pressure regulation and comprehensive data management, it is an indispensable tool for workshops working on components such as battery packs and motor drive boxes. The special head attachment prevents equipment damage due to accidental disconnection and ensures safe handling.

The BTD 101 tests the leak tightness of a wide range of modules, including battery packs, liquid cooling plates and motor drive boxes, thus contributing to the safety of electric vehicles. It works with an Android 4.4.2 operating system and offers a user-friendly interface on a 10.1-inch display that allows easy touch operation. The leak tester automatically adjusts the pressure to the set target pressure and inflates the product. Once the target pressure is reached, it automatically switches to wait mode and starts leak detection. With these functions, the BTD 101 supports workshops in ensuring the quality and safety of electric vehicles.
